  • What are the different ways I can send my eCard?

    You can send your eCard by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

    If you choose email during personalisation, we'll send your eCard directly to the recipient for you. If you'd rather send it yourself, we'll create a unique link after checkout that you can copy and share via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

  • I'm having trouble previewing my eCard. What should I do?

    Try refreshing the page first. If you're still having trouble, start a chat with our friendly Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help.

    We're available Monday–Sunday, 9am–5:30pm GMT.

  • Can I schedule my eCard for later?

    Yes! You can schedule your eCard up to a year in advance.

    During personalisation, select Send via email, then choose Send my eCard later and enter the date and time you'd like us to send it. We'll take care of the rest.

  • Can I get a refund if there are issues with my eCard?

    Of course. If something isn't working as expected, please email us or start a chat with our Customer Service team and tell us what's gone wrong.

    We'll do our best to fix the issue for you. If we can't resolve it, we'll refund your eCard purchase.
