3 ingredient ice cream float!
This is just heavenly (sigh!)
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream
- Vimto cordial (squash will work, too)
- 7-up (500ml)
- Personalised marshmallows (optional - but it's not the same without them). Get them direct from here if you want some.
Method
1. Scoop 5 tablespoons of ice cream into a blender.
2. Measure 5 table spoons of Vimto cordial and add that to the blender.
3. Whizz that up for 2 minutes until it’s a runny consistency.
4. Get two glasses and add 250ml of 7-Up into each one.
5. Shimmy a little bit of the ice cream mixture into each glass and mix with a straw.
6. Top up with more 7-Up if you need.
