NB! Marshmallows are a food item, so the print may not be as clear as it would be on paper or card. Some cracks are expected because the marshmallow surface is porous. Please make sure to upload clear, high-resolution photos or images, preferably on a light background, as dark backgrounds can often result in illegibility. Ensure that the images you upload are not crowded and are as zoomed in as possible.
It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they upload clear images that align with our recommendations. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for marshmallows that do not meet your expectations due to image quality issues that contradict our recommendations or have reasonable quality, considering it's a food item.
