They say “A picture is worth a thousand words”, so I’m not going to wax lyrical about Boomf. I’ll just ask you to check out the user-generated videos with Boomf’s best-selling products for yourselves:
How can you not fall in love with the company that makes its clients literally jump with joy?!
So when Stepan Galev of Galaev & Gririson presented me with an opportunity to bring Boomf and Splento closer together and become Boomf’s new CEO, I also jumped with joy.
The cards industry is an industry I am intricately familiar with as a customer - last year I bought and sent 62 greeting cards and postcards. Furthermore, over the years I have been working on several tangential projects, so my team and I also have a deep professional understanding of the greetings cards and card-attached gifting industry.
And we clearly see Boomf’s limitless potential.
However (without naming competitors’ names), we are not building another Lunar Pig or Funky Columba livia domestica. Not because every company’s path and story are unique, but because our customers don’t want us to be another pink squiggly piglet.
Our customers are different and they want experiences that our competitors cannot offer them.
Yes, our customers are caring and thoughtful, but they are also adventurous, audacious, bold, cheeky and a bit naughty! They are the life and soul of the party, and always full of surprises!
Once you join the Boomf gang, you will forever be known as the one that gives the best cards and gifts.
Our competitors simply don’t do that.
How else are we different?
Just like you care about your loved ones, we care about you! So we will always be a customer-centric business.
We will put ourselves into our customers' shoes and treat them how we would love to be treated ourselves.
And when you put customers first - everyone feels good! So yes - we will always be a feel-good company. We are a brand that brings not just a card, but also joy and surprise to every celebration!
Finally, in order to build something that brings joy to hundreds of millions of people worldwide, you need to have a different mentality.
That’s why we will keep a Founders Mentality in our DNA and with your help, we will build Boomf into the world’s leading brand in the greetings card and card-attached gifting industry.
